Ballymackey u13b girls travelled to lough derg b today for a league encounter and came away with a very good 3-0 win. Ballymackey were nearly ahead early on but a lough derg player cleared off the line after the keeper was beaten. The goal eventually did come when great work by Ella grey beat two defenders and passed to Fiadh Kennedy who shot past the keeper. 1-0 at half time the girls played a lot better in the second half and a second goal came when Molly Anne Ryan fed Fiadh Kennedy who beat two players and chipped over the goalie. The third came from a corner when Isabelle o Dwyer fired goalwards and Carragh Tierney was on hand to finish past the goalie.
