A big part of our decision to go ahead and run our FAI Summer Soccer Schools Camp in the current envoirnement, is our confidence in the quality of Coaches that work on the North Tipperary Camps. FAI Development Officer James Scott has demanded over the years a high standard from all working on the Camps. FAI accredited Coaching qualifications and specific Camp Coaching workshops are a requirement for all coaches and all coaches must have experience of having worked as assistant coaches on camps before stepping up as full Coaches.
We are delighted to be able to staff this years Camps with young Coaches that are all playing members of our own Club. We are very proud to have so many of our young players on the Coach Education pathway.
