Ballymackey u13 girls continued their league campaign tonight with a 6-1 win over bt harps. Ballymackey were on it straight from the start and went ahead after 18 seconds when a ball over the top put Charlotte Deegan through on goal and she fired home. Soon after it was two lily Kate Kenneally won a great ball in midfield and released Olivia Looby down the right who crossed for Charlotte Deegan to slot home. After 20 minutes it was three after Olivia Looby again went down the right and crossed for Zarah Corcoran to score her first goal of the season. Ballymackey then scored three goals in the last 8 minutes of the half. the fourth came when Mioda o shea broke through the middle to fire past the keeper soon after Mioda got another when she pounced on a loose ball in the box to round the goalie and tap home. Right on half time time ballymackey we’re awarded a penalty and Grainne Troy sprung from the bench to fire the penalty home with her first touch.
